Here is a quick tutorial on how to load schematics using the FastAsyncWorldEdit plugin.
1) Move one of .schem files into your schematics folder which is inside the FastAsyncWorldEdit folder.
2) Load that schematic /schem load <name> * Note that this is a case sensitive option.
3) Run the //paste -a command to paste the schematic.
4) If the build is large in scale, allow some time for it to load.
