#Suggestion Bounty

This system allows our community to contribute to the development of new features for the plugin. As stated in our Terms of Service, our products are sold "as is" and new features are not 100% guaranteed. This is why we introduced the Suggestion Bounty System, to give users the opportunity to support and prioritize, the development of specific features they would like to see implemented.

#Quick Overview

• Suggestions can have bounties to fund their development.
• Approval requires community contribution; bounties help prioritize.
• Bounties do not include delivery urgency unless arranged with the team.
• Contributions may lead to a suggestion being added as a feature or addon; addon contributors may get it free if fully funded.
• Bounty goals can change, and giving up on a bid will result in permanent loss of access.
• Payments include taxes and fees and are usually via PayPal.
• Only users with the customer role can bounty a suggestion.

#What is a Bounty?

A bounty is a way to fund the development of a suggestion for the plugin. While suggestions may be submitted by anyone, most will likely be approved if there is a bounty. This approach allows us to:

• Keep the plugin affordable for everyone.
• Cover development costs, which are high in the market.
• Ensure that enhancements genuinely benefit the users.

#How Suggestions Work?

1. Submit a Suggestion – Anyone can submit a suggestion.
2. Initial Contribution (Optional) – You can contribute towards your suggestion.
3. Review by Our Team – Suggestions may be approved or rejected at our discretion.

If a suggestion receives low community contribution for a certain period, a bounty goal will be defined. This allows the community to fund the suggestion. Once the goal is reached, the team will consider accepting the bounty.

#Bounty Contributions

• Contributions or bounties do not include delivery urgency. They are intended to ensure a suggestion is considered for the plugin.
• If a contributor wants to include delivery urgency, they must arrange an agreement with our team through the suggestion channel or support channels before making the contribution. (Outside the normal bidding system)
• A suggestion can be added either as a feature or as an addon:
  • If it becomes an addon and your contribution covers the addon price, you will receive it for free.
  • If your contribution is less than the addon price, you will need to pay the difference.

#Managing Bounty Goals

• Bounty goals can change over time.
• We may increase a goal if the initial amount is too low to cover development costs.
• If a contributor stops funding a suggestion, their contribution may be removed.

#Payments

• Bids must be funded and ready at the time of submission.
• Payments are typically processed via PayPal. If another method is needed, please contact our team in advance via the support.
• Bounties include all applicable taxes and fees, which may increase the total target cost by up to 25% to cover VAT.

After a suggestion is approved, contributors will be contacted via Discord to finalize payment agreements.
