#Messed up Crate Model
If you're using a dynamic resource pack handler like ItemsAdder, Oraxen, Nexo or Vanilla Resourcepack, ensure it properly manages Model Engine models. Issues are not caused by our crates plugin but may arise if custom assets and Model Engine resources are unintentionally combined. Verify that your Resourcepack folder doesn’t contain files related to Model Engine to avoid synchronization issues with custom model data.

#Smaller / Bigger Crate than the original model
If you're using custom models, they might appear too small or too large when imported into Phoenix Crates with the vanilla model engine. Phoenix Crates uses armor stands to display models. To fix this, open the model in BlockBench, go to the Display tab, and adjust the size for when it's placed on an armor stand head.
